Since last year God has placed forgiveness very heavy on my heart. I know He told me to forgive others. And though I thought that was difficult. But what I found to be most difficult was asking others to forgive me. It’s easy to say I’m sorry for stepping on someone’s toe or things that you have done that were blatantly disrespectful. But what about those things that they don’t know about? What about the conversations held behind their back? What about when you felt justified for doing something that really hurt them? What about when you don’t think you were wrong? That’s a lot to think about huh? But here’s the thing, when you are a child of God those things will convict you. They will follow you. Sometimes saying I’m sorry isn’t for the other person. Sometimes it’s for you to move forward. So don’t let pride or shame block your blessings. #moveOn
